Columbia County Conditional Sales

I should have Fulton(Johnstown and Gloversville) and Madison(Oneida, Canastota) Counties done next week, if everything pans out. But I was able to get to Columbia County today(Good Friday) Information was sparse. I was hoping to find the bixler that is now in Duanesburg and was reported to have come from Hudson, plus a Silk City diner that was up on blocks that was possibly from Columbia County. Plus, Silk City diners were everywhere! I may have to continue to search to find diners like the Bells Pond and a couple more that dotted US Rt 9 and Rt 9H.

Conditional Sales & Chattel Mortgages is the good book, Went up to 1947, started with 1922. I think I need to find out if future dates are available. Chattel Books were simply for person to person deals almost exclusively in columbia County.
